RIAOC Meets at the Zion Lutheran Church (Map), Zion Room (Map) Go east on Lincoln from Harbor; turn left on East Street. It's just up the street on the right! Parking is on the south side of the church near Rose Garden. Look for the RIAOC Sign and enter as directed.

Our weekly meetings begin with Networking and Package Distribution at 7:30AM every Tuesday morning*. Marketing packages are distributed to Members and Visitors every week. Marketing Packages contain detailed information on Apartment, Commercial, Industrial, Land or Business Opportunity Investments. Approved Marketing forms are available here. Advertising is also available in the Gold Sheet, a weekly publication that is distributed to our members and hundreds of other real estate professionals throughout Southern California. Real Estate agents from all over Southern California attend the weekly meetings. Many of these agents specialize in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. Come join us for information, marketing and education. All licensees are welcome.
The General Meeting begins 8:30 AM sharp and lasts for one hour. The meeting agenda consists of presentations of Investment Opportunities known as "Early Bird Plugs", General Announcements, introduction of Visitors and New Members. Followed by Education, Marketing, Legislative, Technology, Legal and Financial Updates. We then present our Speaker with a topical subject of Interest and Enlightenment.
We have Workshops after the General Meeting. On the 1st Tuesday is the Listing Corner Workshop, the 3rd Tuesday is Communication Workshop, and the 4th Tuesday is the "Think Dirt" (Land)/"The Market Place" (All other investment property) Workshop. Please follow the above links for more information on these reports or activities. No other organization has weekly meetings, keeps you informed on topical subjects, markets your property and educates you on investment real estate!
